Each member of the team leads one part of a production, and they work closely together. You will speak with the person responsible for your area, with Hannah coordinating schedules across the job.

Priya designs and programs lighting for stages and studios, from small gigs to multi-day festivals.
Senior Sound EngineerDaniel Whitfield
Daniel mixes front-of-house for live bands and sets up broadcast audio chains for studio clients.

Hannah plans schedules, crew and equipment so that every show load-in and broadcast runs on time.
How the team shares the work on each job
Smaller productions need clear roles more than large headcounts. We divide work by discipline, keep decisions written down, and make sure one named person is responsible for each part of the plan.
Clear responsibilities
Oliver leads system design for studios and events, so technical decisions have a single owner. Priya handles lighting, Daniel looks after sound, and Hannah coordinates people, equipment and timing. Having one lead per area means you know whom to ask and who will give you a straight answer. When a job overlaps disciplines, such as lighting that affects camera exposure, the relevant leads agree the approach before the day rather than on it.
Planning before load-in
Most problems on a show day come from something that was not decided earlier. We try to settle power, rigging, signal routing and running order in the planning stage. Hannah builds the schedule around what the venue allows, and the others check it against their own needs. Clients receive the plan in writing and can raise concerns while there is still time to change things comfortably.
Working with your crew
Studios and venues often have their own technicians, and we are comfortable working beside them. We agree early who handles which department, share patch lists and schedules, and keep communication open throughout. If your staff will run the system afterwards, we document it and explain it, so that handover leaves your team confident rather than dependent on us.
